Peachy

One day my department catered lunch for our terrific IT team.  People signed up crocks of chili, shredded cheese, chips, olives, ect.  I signed up to bring dessert.


Peach Crumble Cake (adapted from www.bakerella.com)


Super easy and breezy clean-up.



Large can of peaches...29 oz.




Cut peaches--use the syrup, too


Pour 1 box of yellow cake mix on top of peaches


Cut one stick of butter 



One cup of brown sugar


1/4 cup of chopped walnuts


1/4 cup of old fashioned oats

Then bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes



DONE!
